Can I return my order?

Yes, that is definitely possible!

Contact Us : Send an email to giovanishop@outlook.com to report your return. This must be done within 14 days.

Pack the product : Make sure the product is properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.

Send the package : Send the package to after contact by email. Add your name, order number and reason for return.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here will arrive within 4-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
